Autodeposition Finishing Systems

FSI can design autodeposition finishing systems for primer or finish coat
application.  One design configuration that has proved particularly efficient for
a variety of parts geometries is a combination autodeposition and powder
coating line.  The line produces exceptionally consistent results for both
autodeposition and powder films.

There are multiple applications for autodeposition systems which can
include powder top coat.

Autodeposition and a powder coating are a powerful combination,
and, for many applications, the most efficient way to achieve corrosion
protection and superb aesthetics. 

They are also a very “green” coating method: free of solvents, VOCs,
HAPs and the complications that goes with them.
