CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coatings) is the largest
classification of paints applied to US military equipment
today. FSI designs and builds CARC coating equipment
for US military installations and TACOM-certified
contractors. We specialize in the design of spray
CARC finishing systems for aircraft components,
ground support equipment, tactical vehicles,
artillery and shelters. 

FSI CARC coating systems are proven for the application
of both traditional and water-reducible CARCs that meet
the most recent standards for VOC reduction.  Our CARC
coating equipment systems incorporate alodine or
phosphate pretreatment, primer, and topcoating stages,
dry off and oven cure.

FSI CARC finishing systems can include our quick color
change technology for systems designed to apply more
than one type of camouflage coating.  We also engineer
and supply complete parts handling and transfer devices, including conveyors, overhead power and free systems,
hoists and monorails.
